چکیده: صرف نظر از ویژگی های بسیار عالی RF که سوئیچ های میکروالکترومکانیکی را در انواع کاربردهای با فرکانس بالا پردازش می کنند، برخی از این مناطق کاربردی نیازمند سوئیچی هایی هستند که می توانند در برابر محیط خشن تر مانند درجه حرارت بالا و یا تنش های حرارتی بالا مقاومت کنند. این مقاله مدل سازی المان محدود یک MEMS DC RF فشرده طراحی شده در سوئیچ اتصال بر اساس مواد تیتانیومی برای مقاومت در برابر در چنین شرایطی را نشان می دهد. این سوئیچ با پیچ­هایی در تمام جوانب طراحی شده تا نیروهای بازیابی الاستیک را افزایش دهد. ابعاد پیشنهادی در این سوئیچ بسیار فشرده هستند و مساحت کل سطح آن 1/0 میلیمتر مربع است. سوئیچ مدل سازی شده برای باند L بهینه سازی شده است که منجر به جداسازی بالای 52 دسی بل و از دست دادن الحاق بسیار کم 007/0 دسی بل در 2 گیگاهرتز و

ولتاژ تحریک پایین 5/18 ولت خواهد شد.

مقدمه:

 اخیرا، سیستم های میکروالکترومکانیکی (MEMS) بر اساس سوئیچ RF توجه بسیاری در هر دو سازمان های دانشگاهی و صنعتی دریافت کرده اند. سوئیچ های RF-MEMS به دلیل مزایای فوق العاده ای خود مانند جداسازی بالا، از دست دادن الحاق پایین، حالت خطی بسیار عالی و مصرف برق بسیار کم جایگزین GaAs FET ، MESFETs قدیمی و سوئیچ دیود p-i-n شده اند (گلداسمیت، لین، پاورز، وو و نورول، 1995).

The ever increasing Internet bandwidth and the fast changing needs of businesses for effectiveness with the partners in the procurement chain and is leading organizations to adopt information systems infrastructures that are cost effective as well as flexible. The question seems to be: what is driving organizations to go in for Software as a Service (SaaS) based e-procurement and ERP, rather than the packaged model of software provisioning? Whereas there have been studies reporting technology, cost, quality, network externalities and process as the main variables in the utility function of the user, but most of the studies have modelled either one or two in the their models. The study is exploratory in nature and tries to identify, classify and rank dimensions affecting SaaS sourcing decisions. In this study, we developed an integrative framework to identify the determinants of choice of SaaS in the specific context of SaaS based e-procurement and ERP. The framework was then analyzed using the extended Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method suggested by Liberatore (1987) and the relative importance and the weights of the criteria identified using data collected on 8 users and 9 service providers of SaaS based e-procurement and ERP. Although the analysis helped in identifying quality and costs as the two most important determinants of choice of SaaS based eprocurement and ERP, but the other criteria such as network externality benefits, technology and process were also found to be significant determinants of choice.

  افزایش رو به رشد پهنای باند اینترنت و  تغییر سریع نیازمندی های مشاغل در جهت همکاری کارآمد با شرکاء در زنجیره ی تدارکات باعث گردیده تا سازمان های بزرگ اقدام به بکار گیری زیر ساختار های سیستم های اطلاعاتی ای نموده که از نظر هزینه کارآمد بوده و انعطاف پذیری خوبی نیز دارند. سؤالی که در اینجا مطرح است این بوده که: چه چیزی باعث گردیده تا این سازمان ها بجای استفاده از مدل های بسته بندی شده ی نرم افزاری به سمت ERPو تدارک الکترونیک مبتنی بر نرم افزار به عنوان یک سرویس(SaaS)روی آورند ؟  این در حالی است که مطالعاتی صورت گرفته است که نشان داده اند عواملی چون تکنولوژی، هزینه، کیفیت، بیگانگی های شبکه و پروسه را میتوان متغیر هایی اصلی دانست که در تابع کاربرد کاربر وجود دارند، ولی بسیاری از مطالعات اقدام به مدل سازی یک یا دو عدد از این متغیر ها در مدل های خود نموده اند. این مطالعه بیشتر ماهیت اکتشافی داشته و تلاش کرده تا ابعادی که بر روی تصمیم های منبع گذاری SaaS تأثیر دارد را تشخیص داده و آنها را دسته بندی کند. در این مطالعه، چارچوبی یکپارچه را توسعه داده ایم تا بتوان عوامل تأثیر گذار در انتخاب SaaS را در ERP و تدارک الکترونیک  تشخیص دهیم. در ادامه، این چارچوب با استفاده از  متد پروسه ی سلسله مراتبی تحلیلی بسط یافته(AHP) که توسط لیبرتارو (1987) پیشنهاد شده است مورد تحلیل قرار داده ایم و اهمیت نسبی و وزن معیار هایی که با استفاده از داده هایی که از 8 کاربر و 9 سرویس دهنده ی ERP و تدارک الکترونیک مبتنی بر SaaS بدست آمده است را تشخیص داده ایم. اگرچه این تحلیل به ما کمک کرده تا کیفیت و هزینه های مربوط به دو عامل مهم و تأثیرگذار در انتخاب ERP و تدارک الکترونیک  را تشخیص دهیم ولی معیار های دیگری مانند مزایای بیگانگی شبکه، تکنولوژی و پروسه  نیز در این خصوص تأثیر زیادی داشته اند.

Abstract

Most of valuable information resources for all organizations are stored in database. It's a serious subject to protect this information against intruders. However, conventional security mechanisms haven’t been designed to detect anomalous actions of database users. Intrusion detection systems (IDS) deliver an extra layer of security that cannot be guaranteed by built-in security tools. IDS provide the ideal solution to defend databases from intruders. In this paper, we suggest an anomaly detection approach that summarizes the raw transactional SQL queries into compact data structure called hexplet, which can model normal database access behavior (abstract the user's role profile) and recognize impostors specifically tailored for role–based access control (RBAC) database system. This hexplet allows us to preserve the correlation among SQL statements in the same transaction by exploiting the information in the transaction-log entry. Our target is to improve detection accuracy, specially the detection of those intruders inside the organization who behave strange behavior. Our model utilizes Naive Bayes Classifier (NBC) as a simple technique for evaluating the legitimacy of transaction. Experimental results show the performance of the proposed model in the term of error equal rate.

بسیاری از منابع اطلاعاتی با ارزش برای همه سازمان ها در پایگاه داده ذخیره می شود. بنابراین حفاظت از این اطلاعات در برابر مزاحمان یک موضوع جدی است. با این حال، مکانیزم های امنیتی متداول برای تشخیص اعمال غیر عادی کاربران پایگاه داده طراحی شده اند. سیستم های تشخیص نفوذ (IDS) یک لایه امنیتی اضافی است که نمی تواند با ساختار آن را به عنوان یک ابزار امنیتی تضمین کرد. Abstract—With the increasing demand for real time applications in the Wireless Senor
Network (WSN), real time critical events anticipate an efficient quality-of-service (QoS)
based routing for data delivery from the network infrastructure. Designing such QoS
based routing protocol to meet the reliability and delay guarantee of critical events while
preserving the energy efficiency is a challenging task. Considerable research has been
focused on developing robust energy efficient QoS based routing protocols. In this paper,
we present the state of the research by summarizing the work on QoS based routing
protocols that has already been published and by highlighting the QoS issues that are
being addressed. The performance comparison of QoS based routing protocols such as
SAR, MMSPEED, MCMP, MCBR, and EQSR has also been analyzed using ns-2 for
various parameters.
